I was born and raised in Guadalajara, Jalisco, México. I'm currently living in Redmond, Washington working for Microsoft!
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Engineering from ITESO .
I’m a Software Engineer with more than 10 years of experience. I strongly believe in the importance of writing good quality software, because "having it working is not enough".
I have worked with the "Shift Left" methodology and DevOps practices, and I have totally loved them!
I'm really interested in Science and Technology in general, Entrepreneurship, Animal Welfare, and Calisthenics.
What I do
Front-End
I have worked on multiple responsive front-end projects for different areas like E-Commerce, Real Estate, Dashboards, Newscasts, among others.
Back-End
I have designed and developed API's, Databases, and Services on multiple back-end projects for different areas, primarily for E-Commerce and Real Estate.
Mobile
I have native Android experience, developing apps for different areas, primarily for Banks and E-Commerce.
Testing
I strongly believe in the importance of having an excellent QA process in my projects. I've written good quality unit, integration, and e2e/functional tests.
Continuous Integration (CI)
I love to split and automate my tasks, they not only become simpler, but I get confidence on the things I'm working on. Using CI as part of my daily job, I have easily achieved this.
Continuous Delivery (CD)
Software Engineers need to focus primarly on one thing, which is to provide value. I have experience with CD tools that have helped me to minimize the time to provide value.
